Ford Model T Centennial

View Category Looks like I’m using the Labor Day weekend to finally complete long unfinished video projects.  Here’s footage I shot Friday, September 5 2008, of the Model T Centennial, at Ford’s World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.

Mackinac Island Wedding

View Category It only took eleven months to put this little video together.  Maybe I was afraid to confess one big reason I attended Brian and Lindsey’s wedding, as you’ll plainly see, was just to get back to Mackinac Island.

Jake the Web Slayer

View Category My nephew Jake was given one job: clear the webs off the deck.  Ever vigilant, always armed, he becomes Jake the Web Slayer.  (Recorded way back in 1998, on Easter, April 11.)

This Week in Food (2009-04-06)

View Category It’s MSNBC’s idea of “The 19 worst drive-thru foods in America”.
I always thought the worst drive-thru food meant it was the messiest and would get all over your shirt while driving.  But according to MSNBC it’s got to do with calories or something.  Go figure.

She’s Got Legs

View Category During our traditional stop at Victoria’s Secret, during our 23rd annual Guys’ Shopping Night last Friday, I learned that a friend of mine has a special fondness for model Adriana Lima.  In fact, he’s quite taken with, of all things, the gap between her legs when she poses.  He’s such a fan of it that we spent much of the evening trying to come up with a better term to describe it.
And here’s some of what we came up with (that I can remember):

Happy Birthday to Me!

View Category It doesn’t seem that long ago I wrote my last birthday entry.  This means the years are going by faster or I’m not writing enough.  I suspect the latter.  Therefore I’ll keep the list short this year.
Here’s what the Detroit Free Press horoscope, written by Holiday Mathis, has to say about my upcoming year:

You really walk your talk this year and make remarkable progress to long held goals.  A strong supporter helps you maintain your motivation.  You’re thinking globally and acting locally through December as you make choices to benefit the planet.  A loved one makes a big affectionate gesture in July.
